PROJECT.e's practical experience spans multiple primary industry sectors, renewable energy, civil infrastructure and technology. The
combination of skills and industry networks enables us to develop unique opportunities in the emerging low-carbon economy.
Our projects include wind farms, batteries, grain export facilities and forestry processing infrastructure. Our technology partners enable the development of Activated Carbon, refined Bio-Oils and Carbon Credits.
Our diversity makes perfect sense when you see our team; renewable energy, forestry, tech and agriculture expertise deployed with a view to industrial decarbonisation.

Justin Couper
Company Founder Justin Couper (BSC, Energy Studies, BAppSc Rural Science) is a project manager with 25 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure development and construction, having delivered individual EPC projects wth budgets ranging from A$5M to in excess of A$400M.
Early project management experience was developed in constructing remote mines and mineral processing facilities, bridges, power stations and water treatment plants throughout Australia and the highlands of West Papua. Over the past 15 years Justin has focused on renewable energy and sustainable development projects, managing the development and construction of several large-scale wind and solar farms, as well as involvement in wave power and green hydrogen project assessments.
Justin has represented projects for international developers, tier one contractors, government agencies, and start-ups. Technologies have spanned from standalone power stations through to integration of industrial by-products and waste streams in the pursuit of both decarbonising and energy security for regional industries.
Given the diversity of projects and sectors Justin has worked across, he has developed a strong network spanning a significant number of industry stakeholders. When not driving the Pe ship, Justin, a commercial pilot, is either in the air, or in the hangar.
